You can vote by mail without a photo ID.
Here are the IDs you can use to vote Early in Person on on Election Day:
- Ohio Driver’s License (includes paper interim driver’s license)
- The address on the license does not have to match your voting address
- State ID card issued by Ohio BMV
- The address on the card does not have to match your voting address
- U.S. Passport
- Military ID
